Returns & Exchange Policy
The Simple Muslimah is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange an item.
Return Policy:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days upon receiving item with photo evidence of issue.
- Significant manufacturing defects (eg., large holes, torn fabric)
- Functional issues (eg., defective zippers)
- Noticeable quality control errors (eg., major stains, sewing defects)
- Wrong colour
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all the tags attached & no signs of wear or damage.
Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage & tags attached.
- Exchange process: Contact us to initiate the exchange process.
Exceptions:
- Items with minor flaws/imperfections (Natural result of mass production)
- Sale/clearance items (All sales final).
Process:

- Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange and photos of the item (if applicable).
- Follow our return/exchange instructions.
Shipping:
- Return shipping costs & Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility.
