Returns & Exchange Policy

The Simple Muslimah is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or exchange an item. 

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 3 days upon receiving item with photo evidence of issue
  • Significant manufacturing defects (eg., large holes, torn fabric)
  • Functional issues (eg., defective zippers)
  • Noticeable quality control errors (eg., major stains, sewing defects)
  • Wrong colour
  1. Condition: Items must be in their original condition with all the tags attached & no signs of wear or damage. 


Exchange Policy:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage & tags attached. 
  3. Exchange process: Contact us to initiate the exchange process. 

Exceptions: 

  1. Items with minor flaws/imperfections (Natural result of mass production)
  2. Sale/clearance items (All sales final).

Process:

  1. Whatsapp CHAT at 8792 2053 or DM us on instagram to initiate the return & exchange process. 
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange and photos of the item (if applicable).
  3. Follow our return/exchange instructions.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs & Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. 

Refund Timeline: 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
